A New Sunset
A New Year
Time for New Beginnings.
God created the world as a sphere, which rotates on its axis every 24 hours and revolves around the sun every 365 days, ensuring we have an endless supply of new begginings.
A new year can signal a new you and me. It provides us an opportunity for fresh starts.
I don't make resolutions, never could keep them anyway. But I do strive to make the coming year better than the last.
With that said, we don't have to wait for a new year, each morning is a new beginning, a time to make each day better than the day before. In Psalm 65:8 we are told, Where morning dawns, where evening fade, you call forth songs of joy.
Be joyful that we are given this blessing of new beginnings.
Let's begin this new year, and this new day, praising God for the blessing of new beginnings. He has so much in store for us, how can we not give Him praise and glory.
We had a sad New Year's Eve, Zeke, our sweet grand dogbaby croseed over the Rainbow Bridge. He has been very sick the past few monthes, for a while medicines were keeping him comfortable and free from pain. Sadly, the meds could no longer control his issues.
It's very hard to say goodbye to our precious pets.
Zeke lived and was loved at TamBo Ranch.
Until Next Time
So very sorry for your family's loss of your sweet Zeke. I can imagine how sad everyone must feel. Not a great way to start the New Year. But God has better days ahead for your family I am certain. May the Lord bring many happy days to you and your family in 2021.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for the pain that Zeke's passing has caused your family. He must have been a wonderful dog to have been so loved.
ReplyDeleteI too am so thankful that each day is a new beginning and the Lord is so patient with me when I goof up.
Awww... I am so sorry about the loss of such a sweet pet. They really are like family and their loss hurts just as much. I read something the other day that I can't quote but had to do with tomorrow being a day free of any mistakes, waiting for us all fresh and new. Your post confirms it!! xo
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about Zeke. My condolences.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to read of the passing of Zeke, your dog baby. Doggie losses are very real.
ReplyDeleteThank you, too, for the encouraging comments you have left on my blog. You are a survivor! God be praised!!!
So sorry for Zeke...never easy because they are so loving. Such a beautiful sunset to start off the year. I sure hope it will be a better year for us all.
ReplyDeleteIt is sad when pets leave us. I get too attached so that is one reason I do not have a pet. I was the child who could not watch Lassie when I was growing up because I would cry every week over Lassie.lol And dont even mention Old Yeller. Happy New Year Mary.
