I am so thankful for Maria!!
Maria is the lady that has been cutting my hair for the past 15 years. I'll be seeing her today she'll work her miracles on my hair. She gives great cuts, and I enjoy talking with her as she snips away.
Great news for Mr D ! Yesterday he had an appointment with his heart doctor for his 6mos check-up. All was good, ekg looked good and his pacemaker is working like it's supposed to. Thank You Lord. He has a monitor that sits by the bed and sends data from his pacemaker back to the doctor. Amazing what they have in the medical world these days.

Getting a haircut is almost cathartic isn't it? I always feel better after a cut. I'm so glad Mr D is doing so well. I have a few pacemaker buddies with that same sort of system for transmitting information. Mine is a bit different since we weren't home much when I got my pacemaker. We were at the lake five months of the year, so instead I have a device that looks like a computer mouse that I lay on top of my pacemaker and it sends the information via my cell phone. That way, our freedom to travel isn't limited. I was even able to send data when I was in London! Isn't technology grand?
